about

Portrait

I work across software, graphics, and physical systems, with a focus on building and understanding interactive technologies.

My background spans both industry and research. Earlier in my career, I worked in visual effects, including on one of the Harry Potter films, before moving deeper into software, real-time graphics, and experimental system design. I’ve lived and worked across Germany, Australia, Canada, and now the United States, which has shaped how I think about collaboration, craft, and the role of technology in different contexts. After more than a decade in industry, I’m currently a graduate student at the MIT Media Lab, using research and making as a way to revisit foundational questions.

This site is a place to collect work in progress, document experiments, and occasionally write about ideas as they develop. It’s intentionally minimal, and closer to a notebook than a portfolio.
